- Asimina Samolis-Small Added September 30, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★The customer service and quality of repairs was excellent! They took the time to explain the service that needed to be performed on drop off. Again when the bike was serviced I was notified of additional repairs that needed to be under taken in advance. The price of the service was on the mark with the estimate and then on pick up they outlined thoroughly what repairs had been made, even keeping the old replaced parts to demonstrate the ware and tear. My 5 year old bike rode like new again, just like they said it would.
I can't say enough good thinks about my experience with Bates bikes, and highly recommend them.
